Every item is handcrafted with care. Many products are made to order, so please allow adequate time for production before your order ships.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional production time. If so, I will contact you with an estimated completion date.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped using USPS or another reliable carrier.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Delays

While I do my best to ship orders on time, I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond my control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, feel free to reach out and I'll do my best to help.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
