Returns
Because each item is handmade and many products are custom or made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product descriptions, sizing, and customization details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
To help resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the original packaging (if possible)
Once the damage has been verified, I will gladly offer one of the following:
- A replacement of the same item (when possible), or
- A full refund to your original payment method.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I will make it right by sending the correct item or issuing a refund if a replacement is not available.
